Introduction
LinearInvoices helps you create invoices from your Linear project tickets. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Linear, we receive your name, email, and Linear user ID.
Linear Data: We access your Linear workspace data (tickets, projects, clients) to generate invoices. This access is read-only.
Invoice Data: We store invoices you create, including client information, line items, and payment status.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details.
How We Use Your Data
- Generate invoices from your Linear tickets
- Store your invoice history
- Process your subscription payments
- Send you service-related emails
Third-Party Services
Linear: We use Linear's API to read your workspace data. See Linear's privacy policy.
LemonSqueezy: Handles subscription billing. See LemonSqueezy's privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
- Export: Download your invoices as PDF
- Disconnect: Revoke Linear access at any time
