Agreement
By using LinearInvoices, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What We Provide
LinearInvoices is a software service that connects to your Linear workspace and helps you create invoices from your project tickets. We provide tools to generate, manage, and send invoices to your clients.
Your Account
- You need a Linear account to use LinearInvoices
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- One person or legal entity per account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LinearInvoices lawfully and not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Create fraudulent invoices
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Resell or redistribute the service
Subscription and Payment
Free Tier: Limited to 10 invoices per month. No payment required.
Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you're unhappy, contact us and we'll work it out.
Your Content
You own your invoices and client data. We don't claim any ownership. You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
LinearInvoices is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your data after 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
